The Office of Intercultural Development offers a variety of campus-wide workshops and programming to help Lafayette College students become leaders in diversity, equality, and inclusion efforts.
Students who have participated in our programming said they came away with a better understanding of their own internal struggles, including imposter syndrome, and felt empowered to continue having important discussions surrounding social justice with their peers.
The skills students develop in these programs will help make them thoughtful and engaged members of society.
